Start recouping by leaving the Cryosleeve in the freezer until use, activating the cryo therapy. Slip the ice pack over arm or leg, press down on the BOA dials, twist until an ideal level of compression is reached. To release compression, pull up on the dials, slide off arm or leg, storing back in the freezer. The Cryosleeve replaces ice packs for knees, knee braces, and compression knee sleeves, as well as elbow ice packs, elbow braces, and elbow compression sleeves.
